If they are successful, Pakistan and India will be ranked A1
and A2, respectively. A1 or A2 will be awarded to Nepal if they advance to the
Super Fours ahead of either of them.
In the same way, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be B1 and B2
in Group B, respectively. Afghanistan will take either spot if they make it
past the first round.
